How to order from you?

Step1: Quotation(You send us an inquiry.)
Please offer the information below to get a quotation:
1. The size (length X width X height)
2. The material and handle
3. The printing colors
4. The quantity

Step2: Get your Artwork ready
Prepare your artwork to the following specifications:
Outlined vector format
Minimum print quality of 300 dpi
Adobe illustrator, high resolution PDF or EPS
Photographic quality images require high resolution tiff or jpeg
3mm bleed is needed for printing to the edges
List of Pantone(PMS) colors to be printed
All images submitted must be 300 dpi at the intended print size.

Step3: Artwork proof
Once you’ve confirmed your order, we create an artwork proof which shows how your bags will look.
After you have checked and approved the artwork proof we start making you bags. Be sure to check the artwork proof carefully because there are additional fee’s if something needs changing after confirmation.

Step4: Production and delivery
We keep you updated at every stage of the production process and will make arrangements for a convenient time and location for your delivery.

1) Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-25 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
2) Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes,we will send you bags for free,However,you should pay some sample cost and it will be retured to you when you place the order.
3) Q: What’s the information should I let you know if I want to get a full quotation?
A: Bag price depends on the bag type,size,material,thickness,printing colors,quantity.
